SierraCRM, Inc. has released its Process Manager 5.5 upgrade to support SugarCRM Community Edition 5.5.0.  This upgrade is available for customers of the Full Featured version of Process Manager 5.2, sold at www.shop.sierracrm.com.  The upgrade is priced at $49.00. It is a downloadable zip file with instructions inside the zip file.  Check back for info on NEW PURCHASE release.

SierraCRM, Inc. has released its BETA version of  Process Manager 5.5 for SugarCRM CE 5.5.  You can download this version at the SugarForge Website.  www.sugarforge.org.

Just a quick note to let all  our customers know that our third product for SugaCRM was released last week. Routing Manager is now available for purchase at our store front. The product allows SugarCRM users the capability to setup intelligent routing of objects to individual users based on attributes of the object. Additionally, we included Round Robin routing.

Hello SugarCRM Users,
Thought I would post a quick note that SierraCRM will be releasing a new product this summer. Will be named Routing Manager. You will be able to setup routing rules for any object in SugarCRM to route to users or roles based on attributes of the object. We may also add support for the Security Suite Teams module.

We are taking suggestions on features.

Hello SugarCRM Community,

We just released a free download that allows our users of Process Manager to upgrade their SugarCRM from one version to the next and continue to have Process Manager work. When Process Manager is installed, part of the installation is a hook into the SugarBean.php file, this hook is a modification to SugarBean to support Process Manager.

Whenever a SugarCRM upgrade is run, a new SugarBean.php file is copied to the /data folder, thus the Process Manager hook is removed.

This zip file is a loadable module via the admin tool that checks to see if the Process Manager hook is present in SugarBean.php. If not, we update SugarBean with the modification to support Process Manager.

You can get this zip file either from out website at www.sierracrm.com or from the Process Manager project on SugarForge.
