Task Start Time Delay Type

One of the functions of Process Manager is the delay of stages and tasks.  Upon the creation of the task for your process, you can choose the task "Start Time Delay Type."  This field is specifically related to the type of process you are running: the process starts upon the Creation or Modification of an object.

If you choose "Create" and delay your task 90 minutes, the task will be scheduled for 90 minutes after the creation of the object.  If you choose "Modify" then the task will be scheduled 90 minutes after the point in time when the object was modified.

There is one additional feature on Start Time Delay Type - 'From Completion of Previous Task'. This feature allows you to setup a series of Process Tasks of either type - Create Call or Create Task and queue them up such that when one of the Calls or Tasks is marked as being done or Completed - then the next one in the list will be created. Instead of having Process Manager create a bunch of tasks or calls on a stage - you can choose the Start Delay Type of 'From Completion of Previous Task' and PM will queue them up and only create one at a time when the previous one is completed.
