Reminder Time in PM Created Calls

Customer has reported a bug in Calls generated by Process Manager when the Process Task does not have the Reminder Time check box checked and a choice selected from the associated drop down list.

We confirmed the issue and are updating our Process Manager products to fix this issue. We will be sending an email to all customers with instructions on a fix.

Custom Modules for PM 5.5

SugarCRM 6.1

We just installed SugarCRM 6.1 on our linux server and are beginning the process of qualification tests on our products - the first test was to try and install Process Manager Community Edition. It installed but at the end gave an error on the loading of the five pre loaded templates. Apparently one of the sugar tables we are inserting a record in has a change and we need to research.

Once we installed the product we noticed that none of the preloaded templates are there. We we will fix that and repost a new PM CE. Built a simple process on new lead and it works fine.

Marketing Manager 6.0 Released

We released Marketing Manager for SugarCRM 6.0 on our storefront.  Trial copy also available at website, www.sierracrm.com.

Process Manager 6.0 New Feature and Custom Module Demos

Bug found in Marketing Manager

Folks,
We were setting up a Marketing Campaign here at SierraCRM and found a bug when Selecting a Marketing Query for a new Campaign.
If you create a Marketing Campaign and instead of Creating a new Marketing Query, you choose an existing one - Save2.php threw a fatal error. We found the problem to be in /modules/MKT_Marketing/metadata/detailviewdefs.php

We are sending out a notice to all customers with the updated file.

Bug Found in Cancel Process Event

Process Manager Customers,
One of our customers has discovered a bug in Process Manager that has been fixed as of 5/19/2010. This customer had three processes on Lead Modify. Each of the processes was triggered on status = 'a specific value' and a cancel event where status != 'the same value'. The processes had an immediate stage and delayed stages. As soon as the lead was modified to match the status - the first stage was triggered and was completed - then the delayed stages were queued up to run. However, because Process Manager had two other processes setup with cancel events on different values against the same field - the delayed stages were being removed from the queue.

A fix for this bug will be sent out to all registered owners of Process Manager.

Process Manager Professional and SugarCRM CE

SierraCRM's Process Manager Professional version is not installable under SugarCRM Community Edition. There is a community edtion of Process Manager available here - http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/processmanager/.
